10 Gift Ideas for Women Who Travel

Finding the perfect gift for the woman in your life is tough! But choose something that nurtures their passion for travel and you can’t go wrong.

Find the right gift

Like you, I spend a lot of time searching for the perfect gifts for my mom, sisters, and girlfriends. From birthdays to Mother’s Day to Christmas and other special occasions, I want to give them thoughtful gifts that let them know how important they are to me. But coming up with great gift ideas for women is tough!

Over the years, I’ve learned that giving a gift that reflects a person’s passion is successful every time. It shows you know them and what they like. Fortunately for me, all the women in my life love to travel!

As a full-time RVer, I know which products make travel more comfortable and convenient. If you’re looking for gift ideas for the traveler women in your life, I hope you’ll find something here that shows her how much she means to you.

A few years ago, I decided to send my favorite ladies some of my favorite things for Christmas. When I looked around my RV, I figured if it was something I liked, they would appreciate it too.

As you might imagine, my lifestyle lends a certain touch to the gift I gave. Living in a mobile home means we are always on the move, spend a lot of time outside, and choose products that hold up well.

Admittedly, my gifts are not witches. But they are things that make me happy and I don’t want to travel without them.

While these gift ideas are for ladies who travel, they would be good for any busy woman on your list. And don’t forget… you deserve something simple too!

Gift ideas for women who travel

Orthofeet – $105

Every morning when I get out of bed I slip into my comfy slippers. And let’s be honest, working from home means I sometimes spend all day with these kids!

These are my “indoor shoes” for when the weather gets cold, and the arch supports, washable footbed inserts, and durable, lightweight soles tick all the boxes.

They come in regular, wide and extra wide sizes 5 to 12. So give a pair that warms the heart as well as the feet.

French Press Travel Mug – $29

For me, the day doesn’t even begin until I have a hot cup of tea. And a travel mug that doubles as a French strainer makes every morning a pleasure.

Brewing your coffee or tea on the go and drinking it from the same container gives you coffeehouse-quality drinks with less clean up. Dual filter plunger keeps your cup grit-free, and the double-walled, stainless-steel, vacuum-coated construction keeps drinks hot or cold for up to five hours.

Ebanel Brightening Peel – $15

No matter what the day holds, we all love to look our best. But who has time to schedule regular facials?! Fortunately, feeling pampered doesn’t always require going to the spa.

Used once a week, this brightening scrub from Ebanel provides all the exfoliation I need to stay looking fresh. And the entire Ebanel line is cruelty-free!

Alba Botanicals Lotion with SPF – $26

You don’t want to cast shade on your friends, but spending time outside is one of the benefits of travel, and it can be hard on your skin! Combine Alba Botanicals Cruelty-Free SPF 15 Moisturizer with Ebanel’s Brightening Peel and send self-care to a new level.

Provides protection from light from the sun, and is great for everyday use. Use it on the backs of your hands, the tops of your feet, and any other exposed areas when you’re in and out in the sun.

Polarized Sunglasses – $165

Who wouldn’t want a new pair of shades for their next trip to the beach or road vacation? And if you’ve never bragged about wearing a good pair of polarized sunglasses, you don’t know what you’re missing out on.

Polarized lenses not only protect your eyes from the sun’s rays, but also reduce sun glare and reduce squint. And for those lucky enough to have uncorrected vision, the options are almost endless!

People who need prescription eyeglasses often can replace their regular sunglasses lenses with polarized prescription lenses by an eye doctor. Not all sunglasses lenses can be replaced, but I have kid-sized Ray Bans (which fit me better than adult sizes) and have been able to swap out lenses.

Fleece Hoodie – $35

Travel-savvy women always carry an extra layer. You never know when the wind will rise, the plane will freeze, or the temperature will drop as the sun sets.

This OutdoorMaster Fleece Hoodie has a sleek fit and a great look. Plus, it’s stain-resistant and water-resistant. Even if you get stuck in showers – you’re covered!

Quilted jacket – $100

Whether you’re wearing a jacket to ward off the cold, or under a coat on a chilly day, a quilted jacket is a staple in a woman’s traveler’s wardrobe.

By adding just the right amount of warmth without being bulky, this style features a very flattering diagonal stitching pattern.

Olokai Sandals – $70

If, at some point during the day, I could get out of my soles, I would probably wear OluKai slippers!

Made in Hawaii, the OluKai sandal is as comfortable as it is beautiful. With built-in arch support, and a unique footbed that cushions and molds to your foot, it’s supportive enough to take a walking tour or stroll the Strip in Vegas.

OluKais comes in rainbow colors and new designs are released all the time. I’ve been wearing these rose sandals for years – we even do!

ENO Hammock – $55

If the woman on your list loves the outdoors, she’ll enjoy stretching out in a new hammock. ENO hammocks can be hung in under five minutes, so they’re perfect for camping, picnicking, or taking to the park. It comes in a variety of gorgeous colors to reflect its personality.

Adjustable suspension straps (sold separately) allow for quick attachment between two trees or supports, without shortening ropes or tying knots.

Safari Pictures – Prices vary

To this day, one of Lee Rudd’s best gifts was a photo safari on Whidbey Island, Washington. Since then, I’ve noticed photographers all over the country offering this service.

If you’d rather try a gift than something, I highly recommend looking for a photo safari in your area. Or arrange one for an upcoming trip!

Spending time with a professional photographer is a great way for anyone who enjoys taking pictures to get some tips and see results right away. Whether it’s a group or individual session, lasting a few hours or an entire day, this is an unforgettable gift that will last a lifetime.

I hope I gave you some gift ideas for the women in your life! You can also send this link to your family when they ask what gifts you’d like to receive this year!
